Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 3 months
Salary based on qualifications, required to produce documentation to verify highest education to confirm on offered salary
:
1) Support admin and logistics arrangements for DT projects: Athena, ISP and Insights
- Schedule meeting and workshop invites, notes taking at workshops
- Coordination work to follow up with business users on clarifications related to the projects
- Assist the leads to do process mapping on user requirements
Job Requirement: * Great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel (data processing skill eg. sorting and pivot table)
- Attention to detail and able to prioritise work
- Able to commit the full duration
