Handle Export and Cross Straits overseas shipments and confirm full of import and export documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin etc. according to customer\'s requirement.
Assist in documentation and filing system.
Any other ad-hoc duties tasked.
Requirement: - Min O Level. - Min 5 years Admin Experience.
- Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative.
- Driven and motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft office (especially for word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
- Preferred to have experience in import / export companies.
