The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Order processing (generate a quotation, DO, and invoice)
Handle Staff and customer inquiries/issues.
Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
General administration and other coordination duties
Prepare sales/stock report and Data Entry
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and issues monthly SOA
Update and report on the job status of service equipment
Liaise with external parties such as consumers, and suppliers
Support sales and technical staff for job orders
Well verse is Chinese and English - other languages are a bonus
Working before on automotive firm will be advantage
