Basic up to $2500 + AWS + TransportationAdecco is partnering with various third-party logistic companies that are handling retail & fashion, cleaning appliances, fast moving consumer goods, semiconductor goods etc. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. You will be assisting with the shipping documents and handling customers\' enquiries.The Job:
- Provide customer service support through phone and email channels.
- Prepare shipping documents and handle import/export documentation.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Process invoices promptly and accurately.
- Ensure that export operations run smoothly and comply with standard operating procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of admin/customer service experience (any industries)
- Good communcation skills
