Job Description

FOR TEMPORARY POSITION ($10-$12.50/hour)



Accounts receivables and payables

To review and clean up wrong deductions and payment

Daily invoicing and e invoicing when current staff on leave

Experience in MYOB

Can communiacte with key accounts customers finance persons to clean up wrong dedcutions and get support documents for dedcutions for 2025 accounts

FOR PERMANANT POSITION ($10 -$15/hour)



Accounts receivables and payables

Cross check and authorise ongoing promotions pricing and costings

To review and clean up wrong deductions and payment

Daily invoicing and e invoicing when current staff on leave

Can communiacte with key accounts customers finance persons to clean up wrong dedcutions and get support documents for dedcutions for 2025 and some past accounts

Consolidation of accounts for GST

Experience with ministries like MOM , CPF , Union , Grant claims etc

Experience in MYOB / ORACLE NETSUITE

Quota for work permit only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
