Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:



Manage daily office operations, including stationery purchasing, inventory, and distribution; Maintain a tidy and organized office environment; coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and courier services; Assist in organizing internal events such as team-building, meetings, and training sessions; Handle office supplies, document printing, filing, and mail distribution; Support visitor reception and meeting room scheduling.

HR Duties:



Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee record updates; Maintain employee database, attendance, and personnel files; Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews; Help with payroll data collection and benefits administration; Participate in employee engagement and company culture initiatives.

Requirements:



Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently; Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset; Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; * Relevant experience in HR or office administration preferred.
