Key Responsibilities
Handle general company affairs and administrative tasks.
Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination.
Organize records and data effectively.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for customers.
Source electronics and mechanical parts.
Process purchase requisitions.
Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain stock levels and track inventory records.
Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to your supervisor.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
