Scope of Services
The Discipline Administrative Officer will perform the following duties:
(a) Managing Discipline-Related Processes
Support the Student Management Team in implementing discipline policies, guidelines, and standards.
Assist the Student Management Committee in following up with students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
(b) Updating and Managing the School Internal Discipline Database
Ensure all internal discipline-related records are accurately compiled and organised.
Record relevant information into the online discipline database in a timely manner.
Highlight any pending or urgent cases to the Head of Student Management.
Ensure safe-keeping and confidentiality of all records, signing the "Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information."
(c) Collaboration with Student Development and Management Staff
Assist Year Heads, Assistant Year Heads, HOD CCE, HOD SM, Subject Head SM, and members of the Student Management Committee in completing discipline-related tasks.
(d) Liaising with External Organisations
Support HOD/Student Management in liaising with Family Service Centres, Community Centres, and other external organisations for at-risk student matters.
Forward reports, invitations, or information to the Head of Student Management for action; decision-making remains with the Committee.
(e) Other Administrative & Operational Duties
Assist in character-building programmes, detention, in-house suspension, Gear-Up programmes, and updating offences.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Authority related to student management.
Qualifications and Skills
The Personnel shall minimally possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
.
Proficient in
word processing, spreadsheets, data entry
, and collaborative tools in Google Workspace.
Preferably has experience in
classroom management
and carrying out discipline-related administration.
Good
interpersonal, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to
multitask, work independently
, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
