Admin Assistance and Shipping Documentation
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage shipping documents such as,
Packing lists, insurance, and
Certificates of Origin (Chambers of Commerce)
Preparing the sales contracts & Proforma invoices
Ensure relevant documents are submitted accordingly
Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers
Coordination with related internal departments regarding shipments
Liaise with shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation
Other admin/data entry work as and when required
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email writing is essential
Meticulous, has initiative and a positive attitude
Experience in Shipping (Import/Export) is preferred
Ability to work independently.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month
