The Administrative Assistant - Onboarding Support is essential in aiding our recruitment team through the onboarding process of new hires (healthcare professionals under work permit / S-Pass, and live-in caregivers under Foreign Domestic Worker workpass), focusing on administrative support, coordination tasks, and digital documentation management. This role involves direct involvement in the preparation of employment paperwork, liaison between employers, employees, and overseas partners, arranging travel, organizing medical screenings, and assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) formalities. The aim is to ensure an organized and efficient onboarding experience for healthcare professionals and employers, and live-in caregivers and the households.
