Our Client:
Our client is a subsidiary of a well-known Japanese entertainment company, specializing in acquisition and distribution of entertainment contents, licensing business, and agency service-related businesses. They are seeking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbTo greet visitors and provide general support to visitors
\xe3\x83\xbbAnswering phones and taking messages and/or routing calls to correct personnel
\xe3\x83\xbbSchedule meetings and appointments
\xe3\x83\xbbOrganize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, organizing office operation
\xe3\x83\xbbOder and obtain quotation
\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide accounting information to the third party
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in managing contract with vendors, service providers and landlord
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in managing office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in the onboarding process for new hires
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in liaising with parent company in Tokyo
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
\xe3\x83\xbbConversion between Japanese and English languages, or vice versa

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbAssociate degree is preferred
\xe3\x83\xbb1-3 years of Accounting experience is preferred
\xe3\x83\xbbProficiency in data entry
\xe3\x83\xbbProven experience in office administration
\xe3\x83\xbbFamiliarity with the duties, processes, and protocols associated with office administration
\xe3\x83\xbbFluent in both English and Japanese languages to be able to liaise effectively with English and native Japanese-speaking clients
\xe3\x83\xbbProficiency in MS Office
\xe3\x83\xbbFamiliarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
\xe3\x83\xbbExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
\xe3\x83\xbbAttention to detail and problem-solving skills
\xe3\x83\xbbExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
\xe3\x83\xbbCreative thinker capable of proposing enhancements
