Job Description

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role that will provide essential administrative support to our growing business.

Role:



Providing general administrative support, invoicing and document management. Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Providing customer service support to our clients. Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma and no working experience required. Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Canva, CapCut and Outlook. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team. Managing enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. Overseeing office operations and coordinating key activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational, coordination, and prioritisation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
