Job Description

-Handle general office tsk and administrative duties.-Responsible for order processing and delivery arrangement-Prepare shipping invoice, delivery order and packing list for local order.-Maintain file documentation and input data for monthly report.-Attend to incoming calls and emails-Liaise with Finance team for invoicing matter.Job Requirement: -Good interpersonal and comunication skill-Able to work independently as well as in a team.-With related administrative duties preferred.-Stay in North-West Area are preferred.Schedule: -Provide Tansport at Kranji MRT Station.-Monday to Friday : 8.00am -5.00pm-Saturday: 8.00am-12.00pm
