Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Perform the general administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, Filing, data entries
  • Maintain office document and records
  • Handle motor vehicle insurance and other insurance
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically.

Requirements:
  • Secondary School Education and above
  • Able to work independently and able to multi-task
  • Fast paced worker with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
