The Salvation Army, Gracehaven is a residential home for children and youths who require care, protection and rehabilitation due to risk behaviours and a lack of parental supervision. We aim to help children and youths reintegrate back into their family and society through an array of holistic programmes and activities specially designed to cater to the well being of each individual person. At Gracehaven, a team of professionally trained social workers work towards building holistic and individualized care plans that are tailored to meet each person\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
DESIGNATION : Administration Executive (HR and Training) CYG

RESPONSIBILITIES
About the Job We are looking for an organized, analytical Administration Executive (HR and Training) with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who handle office duties and analyze and optimizes office operations. To succeed as an Administration Executive, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. You should be analytical, proactive, and organized with the ability to use modern IT systems. Job Responsibilities

  • Performing HR and Admin processes for employees for the Children and Youth group. We provide corporate services.
  • Addressing and reviewing the training and development plans for staff. Ensure the administration of the entire training process is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the statutory requirement.
  • Executing tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Perform as secretary for internal meetings, and follow up after meeting to close matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve Centre efficiency and productivity.


QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma or equivalent, a degree may be preferred.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in the administrative support field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including hardware and software.
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong task and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.

OTHER INFORMATION
Working Hours
  • Under normal circumstances, the hours of duty will be as follows:
  • 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 1-hour break inclusive)
