Processing of petty cash, invoices, overtime and salary matters
Preparation of budget, monitoring of expenditure
Maintain and updating of Admin, Finance and HR records
Prepare duty rosters, processing of leave and recruitment
Collation of data for submission to relevant authorities
Assist Directors and Manager in regards to Administrative Duties
To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation

There is no prior experience required as we will provide you with on the job training or arrange for external training.
