YHI currently has three alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia. DESIGNATION : Administration Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a candidate to provide a full range of administrative support to the Company's COO.

  • Manage the co-ordination and monitoring of timeline between COO and internal/external parties
  • Constant follow-ups on all ongoing internal and external projects
  • Provide secretarial support in terms of organizing meetings, prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials etc.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and consolidation/circulation of periodical reports to YHI Group Members
  • Manage office administration duties such as procuring of pantry/stationery supplies, office equipment maintenance, incoming & outgoing mail and despatch services
  • Provide administrative support to the assigned Business Units whenever required


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask


OTHER INFORMATION
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.09pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Company transport pickup at Clementi MRT (One Way)
