Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains existing business records,
  • Processes and follows up on client transactions,
  • Communicates and liaises with business partners,
  • Organizes and monitors clients and investment information,
  • Plans and executes operational processes.
Qualitative Requirements:
  • Present personalities,
  • Energetic & Highly Organized,
  • Has Strong ability for multi-tasking,
  • Keen in details and is task oriented,
  • Has high expectation for own delivery standard.
Quantitative Requirements:
  • Working experience : We do not require any working experience.
  • Min. Education Level : Diploma or Nitec graduate of any discipline. Graduates of Business Studies will be an advantage.
  • Software Skills : Above-average skills in Microsoft Office applications particularly excelis required. Knowledge in editing documents with Adobe Acrobat will be an advantage.
  • Written Language: Good command of English.
  • Speaking Language: Able to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients.
  • People Skills: Able to present yourself professionally and work with others on problem solving.
