Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations. Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and reporting between clinics and management

Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote clinic services. Manage the group's social media presence, website updates, and digital content. Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and patient engagement initiatives. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Business Strategy & Growth Support

Assist management in preparing business plans, presentations, and reports. Support strategy implementation for clinic expansion, partnerships, and patient acquisition. Coordinate cross-functional projects to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related discipline. 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or marketing (healthcare/clinic experience an advantage). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and patients.
