As our marketing team has grown over the years, so has the need to support its operations so that it runs efficiently, effectively and continues to deliver value for the business.

The successful candidate will focus on providing administrative support primarily in the area of accounts payable, maintaining a budget, entering marketing leads from campaigns into our CRM, events support and other adhoc duties as they arise.

Aon\'s Global Marketing and Communications function is grouped into regions and this role sits within the APAC Marketing and Communications team. It will report into the Growth Marketing Leader \xe2\x80\x93 Planning, Budget and Governance, APAC based in Australia. The responsibilities of the role, however, will support our marketing activities in Asia, and involve working with Aon colleagues globally to coordinate our operations.

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices in Coupa for payment in coordination with Aon\xe2\x80\x99s Account Payable team
  • Setting up vendors in Workday, and liaising with our Legal Department and a third party to execute these new vendor contracts
  • Processing credit card payment claims for marketing services
  • Reconciling & reporting on monthly budget actuals and advising on necessary accruals
  • Updating & maintaining the Hive9 budget management tool
  • Assisting with monthly budget forecast adjustments
  • Create leads from marketing campaigns in our CRM system
  • Managing the APAC marketing inbox and marketing forms to filter and update inbound leads into the CRM system
  • Support the Regional Events team with Events administration and logistics as required
  • Adhoc administration support as required
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an administrative, finance or operations related role
  • Experience or exposure to marketing and/or professional services beneficial
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or budget management
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in MS Excel
  • Clear, concise and regular communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Methodical and process oriented
  • Superior organisational skills
