Job Description


Contract Period: From From 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Location: 250 Tampines Street 12

& Requirements

Administrative Duties:
  • Handle general reception duties in handling duties such as calls, walk-in enquires and receiving delivery orders.
  • Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher / parents when necessary.
  • Manage Tampines Primary School\xe2\x80\x99s generic email account.
  • Perform administrative duties to support school meetings and events.
  • Assist administration department in projects assigned related to administration.
  • Assist school in data entry in areas such as survey coordination or leave of absence of officers.
  • Assist school in areas such as filing and document creation.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the school leaders and administration managers
Qualifications, skills and experience:

Qualification: Candidate should have minimum of GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level qualification or relevant WSQ certificates

Competency: Candidate must have competency in general receptionist duties as well as administration area of work.

Experience: Candidate must have at least 2 years of working in a school administration environment.

Candidate should have experience in system such as Microsoft Office, Gmail
