Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies; Administration or Management or equivalent
With familiarity with different HR facets
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR Department, and in a group presentation or meeting
Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management feedback
Can work with minimal supervision and keen on details
Willing to work on site.
