Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies; Administration or Management or equivalent
  • With familiarity with different HR facets
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR Department, and in a group presentation or meeting
  • Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management feedback
  • Can work with minimal supervision and keen on details
  • Willing to work on site.
