Front desk duties: answering of phone calls and walk-in enquiries from students, parents and vendors.
Attend to injured students.
Admin work: filing, counting and distributing of flyers and data entry using Microsoft applications - Excel, Word.
Able to keep calm and work under stress when the front-desk is crowded.
Attend to staff enquiries and requests.
Assist in ordering of refreshments.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Preferably to have passed \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d levels. Potential applicants with the necessary skill-based qualification such as WSQ, office skills certification etc can be considered too.
He/She should be able to communicate well in English, enjoys interaction with children.
Prior working experience in a school will be an added advantage. All candidates should provide a list of current and past experience.
Working Schedule:
8.30 am to 5.30 pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break, 5 days per week.
Service is usually not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If required, candidate will be informed and given off- in-lieu.
