Administrative And Operations Executive (location: West Coast)

Job Description
:
- Work with the Operations Manager and the Administration Manager to support school operations.
- Perform general administrative duties
- Meet and greet parents / students / visitors.
- Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
- Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
- Assist in the management of student and school information
- Help in school logistics and events as and when required.
- Possess 3 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, especially MSWORD, MSPPT and MSEXCEL. Additional IT skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
