Support daily administrative activities such as providing professional front office services on receptionist duties.
Attend to general enquiries/requests/feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, and where possible to direct to relevant depts/person in charge.
Manage all main room and courier service activities.
Ensure high standard of cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms and boardroom.
Manage the tea lady service and catering requests from departments.
Perform daily inspections on meeting room furniture/equipment, and coordinate with tea lady to ensure that the room is return to original setup at the end of each meeting.
Assist in preparing of cards (eg. office security access cards, CEA cards, etc) including the managing the issuance and return of cards.

Requirements
Minimum GCE \'A\' or \'O\' Levels and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel applications).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
