Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document processing and meeting arrangements.

Maintain the company's document management system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
*
Support the daily operations of the finance department, including expense reimbursement and invoicing.
*
Coordinate internal and external communication to maintain a positive company image.
*
Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
*
Salary Range: SGD 3.5k-5k/month (depending on experience and ability)

1. Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above, any major, but finance, business, or related fields are preferred.
*
2. Work Experience
1-3 years of experience in administration or related fields, with experience in the financial industry preferred.
*
3. Skills Required
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, able to interact with employees and clients at different levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

4. Teamwork
Able to collaborate effectively as a team, execute tasks efficiently, and support the team's daily operations.

5. Attention to Detail
Pays close attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of all documents and data.
