Looking for proactive, organised and creative individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant.
This role supports both day-to-day business operations and client-engagement initiatives -- including client appreciation events, marketing campaigns, and social-media content planning.
To work closely with a Financial Consultant ensure smooth backend operations, deliver excellent client experience, and contribute ideas to elevate the brand presence.
Job scope includes:
Manage daily BAU (Business-as-Usual) administrative tasks such as:
Policy servicing requests and follow-ups
Filing, data entry, and CRM updates
Handling correspondence, document preparation, and submission to Prudential back-office teams
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
Support tracking of business metrics, commissions, and reporting dashboards
Assist in planning and executing client appreciation events (e.g. luncheons, gifting campaigns, festive events, etc.):
Source venues, vendors, and event materials
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
Prepare client gifts, handwritten cards, and personalised appreciation touches
Support social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.):
Draft captions, schedule posts, generate ideas
Assist in photo/video coordination during client events or content shoots
Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with brand tone and professionalism
Conceptualise and execute marketing EDMs, newsletters, or appreciation messages.
Maintain visual consistency across all communications (templates, posts, decks).

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
