Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail)
Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s main email account and respond to email enquiries promptly
Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders
Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers
Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers \xe2\x80\x93 from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaison with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo
Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

Job Requirements:
Diploma
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Prior sales quotation experience, especially in government tenders (GeBIZ) would be an added advantage
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication
Meticulous, with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
