Job Description


  • 6 Months Contract Role (Renewable, Convertable)
  • Pro-rated Completion Bonus
  • Central Location, Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Candidates with basic MS Words & Excel preferred
  • Experience in receptionist duties with HR administration works will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting current HR & Admin department
  • Managing day-to-day HR-related administrative works such as data entry, scanning of documents
  • Office-based receptionist duties required
  • Attending to company visitors and guests
Requirements:
  • Nitec or Diploma in related fields
  • Candidates should possess at least 1 - 2 years of relevant receptionist or HR administrative experiences
  • Candidates should be familiar with MS Words, and Excel for work purposes
