(A.) Administrative Duties
1. To manage all administrative work for company programmes and courses. Including to coordinate, plan, maintain course attendance sheet, collect course fee before commencement of new classes.
2. Maintain database for company members, volunteers, and students.
3 Assist in convey message or update information to members, volunteers, and students with instruction of management
4. Provide day to day general office administrative duties, including but not limited to :-
Handle admin email, answers phone calls and supports visitors
Order office stationery and mineral water;
Coordinate of photocopier repairing.
. Keep track of Insurance renewal
. Create and maintain template of form /Assist in drafting letter
. Staff/Members Training Record
. Booking of air ticket
5. Meeting Minutes
Coordinate, prepare materials and minutes for internal / external meetings
Write minutes for committee meetings and perform the circulation
6. Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
(B.) Project Related Duties (Event and Performance)
. Admin support
. Preparation and collation of audience feedback form
. Preparation of service contract / agreement
. Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
