Administrative Assistant, Global Transaction Banking, Product Development - (220001MP)

  • Manage Division office administration and provide administrative support to Department Head
  • Ensure all office equipment and facilities are properly maintained to support day-to-day operations within the Division.
  • Manage the procurement and billing process for Pin mailer and token boxes, as well as verify LDS invoice
  • Manage all invoices for the Division, ie prepare and submit to GF for processing
  • Assist to manage the vouchers/corporate gifts
  • Assist new joiners in set-up their laptop and all the necessary
  • Arrange Overseas Travel for the Division
  • Oversee the general cleanliness of the physical work environment

Qualifications
  • Minimally Polytechnic Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • At least 5 years' experience in administration support
  • Ability to contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with prior experience in large corporate setting will have an added advantage
