Job Description

Our client is a full-service legal firm. The Conveyancing and Real Estate Department provide comprehensive legal services in all types of conveyancing and real estate transactions to private individuals, retail clients, corporations, statutory boards, financial institutions involving residential, commercial and industrial properties.





JOB DUTIES


General administrative duties such as opening of files, photocopying, scanning of documents, data entry, preparing invoices, file closure, etc. Data entry for draft stamp duty forms to facilitate calculation of stamp duty Other general administrative duties, as directed. to be in line with the company internal methods, systems, policies, and procedures.



REQUIREMENTS



One year of experience working in a legal firm preferred, but not compulsory Methodical with a good eye for detail Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure
