We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support the daily operations of our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, providing administrative and clerical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Organize and schedule events
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Order supplies and manage inventory
General support to clients
Coordinate travel arrangements
Support team members with project-based work as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
