Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about helping things run smoothly? I'm looking for a Personal Assistant to support both business and personal matters -- someone who's not afraid to take initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Part-Time: 6 hours/day (flexible within 9am - 6pm, Monday,Wednesday, Friday)
Weekends maybe required on an adhoc basis
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries with professionalism and care
Support the development and improvement of workflows and processes
Develop training materials to support team learning
Manage the company's administrative tasks
Enhance operational efficiency across the agency
Create and schedule engaging social media content
Coordinate agency events and team activities
Provide personal administrative support to the Agency Leader (e.g. booking appointments, personal errands)
Assists in any outreach efforts via emailing or messaging
Any other tasks as assigned to support agency goals
Ideal Candidate:
Preferably 21 and above
Singaporeans only
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable with content creation tools
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles is a plus!
