Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Marketing department \xef\xbb\xbfin setting up new client accounts.
  • Liaise between Sales and Marketing staff, internal departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with project management, customer success, operation and accounting department for necessary matters\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Contact via phone or email with established clients on a regular, rotating basis or as directed by Management.\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Update CRM and internal tracking documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, and refresher trainings as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and registration for events as needed.
  • Assist staff and leadership in tracking and reporting marketing contacts;
  • Deliver monthly revenue reports \xef\xbb\xbfto BDM and CEO and provide reports to CEO and line managers.
  • Assist Marketing team to plan, develop and deploy marketing initiatives to support the Departments goals as needed\xef\xbb\xbf

Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma and above
  • Experience in handling administrative duties
  • Good communication skills
