What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day workflows.
Process petty cash, staff claims, invoices, and overtime and salary requests with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all systems and records are kept up to date.
Assist with budget preparation, monitor departmental spending, and generate simple financial summaries when required.
Maintain and update administrative, finance, and HR records, safeguarding accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate duty rosters and process leave applications to support smooth daily operations.
Compile and submit reports and essential data to regulatory or company authorities, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Organize, archive, and manage both physical and digital documentation for efficient traceability and easy retrieval.
Proactively contribute to workspace organization and supply management, taking pride in keeping the office running efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification
is preferred, though not a must for the right candidate.
Previous experience in Administrative or Finance functions
will be an advantage--but we welcome individuals new to the field who demonstrate drive and potential.
Meticulous and detail-oriented
in all tasks, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Good communicator
with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
; familiarity with digital tools (Xero) is an advantage.
Eager to learn and develop professionally
, embracing new challenges and feedback constructively.
Ready to commence work immediately
or at short notice will be viewed favorably.
