Manage the manpower requirements which includes recruitment, selection.
Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter etc.
Admin training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc.
Monitor and regularly filing of employee's personnel files.
Attend to all in-coming calls.
Perform office administrative duties.
Assist in management project such as progress claim.
Provide support in all administrative duties.
Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal.
Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service-related work.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel, Power Point.
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Able to manage stress and work independently.
Self-Motivated, strong attention to details and results oriented.
Knowledge with Infotech HRMS System will be added advantage.
Willingness to learn new programs or company procedures.
Ability to take direction.
