We are a dynamic full-service legal practice committed to delivering efficient, client-focused legal services. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations--particularly in billing and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing client on-boarding and collation of documents and details
Record disbursements incurred for matters
Prepare, issue and follow up on invoices accurately and on schedule
Draft, format, and send professional email correspondence to clients, courts, and other stakeholders
Maintain organised records of billing and communications
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
Manning the office phone line and organising the calendar and schedules of other members of staff
Assist with any other basic administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, in particular Word and Excel
Minimum "O" GCE Levels Education or equivalent
Prior experience in a professional services environment
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
Experience with the Singapore Court's E-Litigation platform is a strong advantage
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
