Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable Handling project schedule, submission of schedule of work done (SoWd) & monthly project photos or reports Handling of calls Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements Prepare purchase order Assist in documentation preparation for new tender Assist in simple payroll Submission of CPF, work permit applications / renewal General admin support * Other ad hoc duties as assigned
