Job Scope


Preparing & verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Liaising with customers for resolving any invoices issues raised through phone or emails Arranging & sorting of delivery orders and purchase orders Data Entry of delivery orders Scanning & filing of delivery orders and invoices Leading the Invoice Department Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement


At least 2 years relevant experience is required Bilingual in both English & Mandarin Tech-Savvy and be willing to learn new Software Ability to work in a Fast Paced environment Ability to be Independent and a Positive Team Player Ability to Multi-Task and cope with the deadlines 5.5 Day Work Week * Office located at Ubi
