Working Location: Tampines
Responsibilities:
Handle general paperwork and documentation.
Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
Print out daily orders from various online platforms.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
Record and monitor inventory in & out, maintaining updated stock records.
Prepare, process, and file key documents including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
Assist in preparing profit & loss (P&L) records.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of admin experience
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: $1800
* Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM (Monday-Friday) & 9:00AM-1:00PM (Alternate Saturday)
