We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative duties including coordination, order processing and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, maintaining office supplies
Handle purchasing duties, logistics coordination, provide support to sales and operations
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, expense tracking
Assist in preparing financial reports and liaising with external accountants/auditors when necessary
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as required
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of MYOB would be added advantage
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
