Role Descriptions
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
providing clerical assistance to laboratory staff
answering and transferring phone call
taking receipt of deliveries and arranging courier services
receiving visitors and notifying the relevant laboratory personnel
liaising with account department for billing and sending of invoice to customer
Qualification and Experience
At least GCE "N" level
Working experience is desirable
Basic Requirements
Proficient in English
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office skills
