This Administrative role reports to the Customer Service team directly. This position interfaces with the Customer Service and Administrative Department which is headed by the Business Development Manager. This role provides administrative support to the customer service and marketing team.
Specific Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Assist in order processing for customer's order that may be sent via email, fax, phone calls, online platforms or WhatsApp.
Perform filing of documentations for both soft copies and hard copies.
Assist in maintaining and updating the customer's contact details in the software.
Assist in providing quotation to customers and obtaining ad-hoc quotations from suppliers.
Provide support to sales team.
All other admin-related duties.

Job Duration
This is a junior level permanent position. 3 months probation applies.
Education Requirements
