Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Prepare and issue

quotations, purchase orders, and invoices

accurately and promptly. Coordinate

service schedules

with the engineering team and customers to ensure timely maintenance, installation, and repair visits. Manage

parts and equipment deliveries, collections, and returns

to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. Maintain and update records of

service reports, delivery notes, and inventory movement

. Handle

ordering of spare parts, accessories, and consumables

with suppliers and follow up on delivery timelines. Support

NEA licensing applications and renewals

related to radiation-emitting equipment. Communicate with vendors, logistics partners, and customers to coordinate logistic & operational matters. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. * Perform other administrative tasks and operational task as assigned by management.
