Job Description

Site Management


Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects Monitor site activities, progress, and quality control Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Manage site documentation, including permits, licenses, and certifications Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on site-related matters Coordinate with logistics teams for equipment and material delivery Ensure site facilities and equipment are maintained and in good working condition


Project Management


Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Prepare and distribute project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors Assist in project closure, including lessons learned and evaluation


Office Management


Manage office facilities, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office services, such as cleaning and IT support Oversee office administration, including HR, finance, and procurement Prepare and distribute office reports, including financial and operational reports Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and labor laws Manage office records, including documents, files, and archives Coordinate company events, meetings, and training programs


Typical Skills and Qualifications


Diploma or degree in business administration(BA), management, or related field 11 years of experience in admin support or related role Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills
