Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Data entry into scheduling system
  • Assist in sending out details to customers if needed
  • Assist in month-end duties
  • Preparation of quotation if needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Meticulous in work
  • Accounting-related experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
  • Team player who can work in minimum supervision
  • Preferable to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Candidate can choose flexi-working schedules such as 4hours/day or 3days/week in each month (can be discussed)
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply
