Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage all daily operations run smoothly
  • Workflow are being in place and prepare reports for the submission to the various stakeholders
  • Support department projects or assignments when needed
  • Any other duties as assigned by the department
Qualification & experience
  • Recognised Diploma in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, good planning and organization skills
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
