Job Responsibilities:
a? Support reception desk operations.
a? Preparation of airwaybills, local deliveries arrangement, etc.
a? Facility Operations:
i? Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry for FM operations.
i? Assist with onsite inspection, staff enquiries/feedback when required.
i? Assist with facility operations when required.
i? Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged, etc.
a? Administrative support for company events, etc.
a? Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 - 6:00pm
