Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities
Coordinate, compile, and organise paperwork, documents, and presentation slides
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for all important documents
Manage client accounts, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments
Assist with data entry, records management, and general administrative matters

Role and Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in sourcing resources, information, and ideas for ongoing projects
Assist with project coordination, including tracking timelines, progress, and deadlines
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness
Provide basic HR and team administrative support (documentation, coordination, records)
Assist with the company's social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), including simple content coordination and posting
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support overall business operations
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
